We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn jewelry in original condition with all tags attached. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6.3 Exchanges

We gladly exchange items within 45 days of purchase if the original item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of United Kingdom.
